In the digital transformation of the Main-Kinzig District, as in all our transformation projects, it is important to show the red thread and support in not losing sight of it. After a holistic examination of the organization, necessary measures emerged for redesigning IT, internal processes, and creating an organizational unit that drives and implements digital transformation. We are currently also supporting the active digitization of the local top 100 services and the introduction of basic components.

City of Bad Dürkheim

The digital transformation of the City of Bad Dürkheim resulted in structural changes. Since we always respond to our customers' individual needs, the first step was a sub-project focusing specifically on digitizing the building maintenance department and its workflows. Current goals include selecting and implementing a DMS as well as digital financial accounting. In parallel, service digitization topics are being addressed and implemented.
